In 1984, at the age of 29, University of Texas graduate Catherine Crier became the youngest elected state judge in Texas history. Five years later she shocked the world of jurisprudence by leaving the legal profession to anchor the CNN news. After a stint at ABC's 20/20, the Emmy-award-winning Crier joined Fox News, where she enjoyed the freedom and flexibility to explore politics and contemporary issues with newsmakers, celebrities, and policymakers. In January 2000 she debuted as host of Crier Today, a news, analysis, and interview program on Court TV.
